We are six sisters who have grown into six best friends (with the best husbands) and are so thankful and blessed to be raising our crew of 29 kids and doing life together! Our dream of opening a business and working together to help support our families is finally becoming a reality!

Our brand namesake derives in memory of four of the most pure & perfect examples of inner beauty. A part of each of them has inspired us to bring our vision to life. Our brother, Carl and our precious niece, Lillian-daughter to Liberty- who were each named after our grandparents, Carl and Lillian, as well as the One who we know is always in our company.

We loved growing up in rural Indiana farm country. A quick run through the cornfield was all that separated us from our grandparent’s farm where the importance of keeping God as your company was instilled in each of us. We learned early on the power of faith, the meaning of community, and the strength, support, and comfort that a small town brings. It’s our hometown that taught us what it is like to truly love thy neighbor. Too early in our lives we experienced the loss of our only brother, and it was our community, friends, and family who picked us up, supported us and continue to do so today!

We are not exactly sure where our love for fashion began but one of our favorite memories is traveling every summer to visit our grandparents who lived in Arizona and getting to go back to school shopping at the nearby thrift shop while we were there! We rarely had brand new clothes to wear but we always had fun sharing the “new to us” clothes that filled the large, leaning, closet shelving that our dad (who, if you know him know he isn’t much of a DIY’er) built for us in our early teenage years. We loved to help each other pick out clothes and choose outfits to try to keep up with all the trending styles and even tried to set a few style trends of our own! Regardless of what we wore, Mom was always quck to remind us that it was what was on the inside that really mattered.

With this belief, we are most honored to bring to you, Lillian Carl & Company, a sister ran boutique, sharing hand picked pieces of fashion to compliment your inner beauty and inspire the confidence in you to let your light shine.

We are so grateful for the love and support we have received with the launch of our store front boutique in 2021 and our online store in 2022. Our continued growth, social media following, and loyal customers have us so excited to continue to serve you all.
